Art Therapy & Counseling

Accepted Payments

The Reflective Studio accepts electronic payments with a debit card, credit card or HSA/FSA card through a secure online client portal.

Good Faith Estimate

The Reflective Studio charges a flat rate of $130 per 60 minute session of art therapy & counseling. A limited amount of sliding fee and pro bono sessions available based on client need.

In-Network & Out-of-Network

The Reflective Studio is in network with UnitedHealthCare / Optum. You may be responsible for a co-pay per office visit.

We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers. Your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means that they may reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. If you do not have UHC you can pay for sessions out of pocket. We will work with you to find a rate that fits your needs.

All Other Services
